Pros
Good perks - workout room with locker room and showers, on-site café and walking trails. Great people to work with.
Cons
Lots of money in the bank but nobody wants to spend it. Shrinking benefits. Very low morale, with lower budgets and layoffs breeding a culture of fear. Recently taking on big company mentality where upper management views employees as numbers (cost). Not for the long haul, not a company where you can expect to retire.
