-Compensation is low, not competitive to other companies in the same area. -Upper management doesn't trust their own people, when they want something, they acquire new companies. -Upper management doesn't care about the people. -Old boy's club, do what's told, never negotiate business models with engineering teams. -Some decisions don't make sense, which hurts the company a lot. -Old style culture. People thank each other even their jobs and decisions are crappy. No one is willing to tell the truth.
