Slow decisions by management, fixed senior management and key players who have "retirement" plans. Hence they refuse to rock the boat with any quick decisions or decisions which may oppose common views. There is no single decision maker in India office, hence every decision has to be routed to US office. Passing the buck is common and demotivating. Too much of internal politics which the US staff is not at all aware of.
