Cons
No teamwork at all. Was here for over three heads and not once did I receive any assistance from my team, I was keeping them all afloat. The pay is barely a livable wage and I had to have a second and sometimes third source of income mt entire length of my career here. The documentation is lacking to say the least, you must learn everything on the fly as there hasn’t been any recent documentation out in place. The other orgs treat this team particularity with utmost disrespect. Everything is thrown over the fence to all departments making everything much more confusing and difficult. The culture may be the #1 reason I left, it’s reminiscent of one big frat house but at a company and not college- aged people. If you aren’t in the “boys club” it’s quite difficult here.
