Dear former DigiCert employee, Four years is a long time with a company, and we appreciate your contribution to DigiCert for that time in Lehi, Utah. We also appreciate your feedback in this Glassdoor review. You gave the company four out of five stars, but did not recommend the organization as an employer, the CEO or the business outlook. You also mentioned that the environment changed which resulted in it no longer being that great. We would love to hear more from you about this. We want employees to see themselves growing with the company and seeing opportunities as we evolve. We would like to know what contributed to your feelings and how we can address any areas in which we fall short. Please feel free to reach out to a member of the People Team. We welcome your input. Pros

Really supportive team and great people to work with. There's a lot to learn, and you're trusted to own your work. Good flexibility, solid benefits, and a healthy work-life balance. Overall, it's been a positive place to grow professionally!

Cons

Like any growing company, priorities can shift pretty quickly, so it can be hard to keep up with changing direction at times. Some teams are busier than others, and processes could be more streamlined. That said, DigiCert recognizes where they can improve and acts on it!

Pros

I have loved my team and manager since day 1. I stay because DigiCert continues to provide me with professional development opportunities. I began as a file clerk and now manage a team doing complex operational efficiency work. They supported me through an MBA and each year I take at least one course and attend at least one industry event to help expand my skill and reach. The pay is average, BUT when you add in the value of the above-average benefits, the total remuneration package is great.

Cons

DigiCert is owned by Private Equity. If you have not worked for a PE portfolio company before, it means they focus solely on making money and stripping out what they deem as fluff (which I deem as retention levers, like company parties and swag).
