      Pros

      Lunch provided for the two days you’re required to come to the office. Hybrid environment. Fast paced but that can be good for learning. Cross country collaboration

      Cons

      I wish the parking at the office was first come first serve based (the company still provides 3rd party parking for free, it’s just a little further away from the office). No other con, great place.

      Pros

      I have loved my team and manager since day 1. I stay because DigiCert continues to provide me with professional development opportunities. I began as a file clerk and now manage a team doing complex operational efficiency work. They supported me through an MBA and each year I take at least one course and attend at least one industry event to help expand my skill and reach. The pay is average, BUT when you add in the value of the above-average benefits, the total remuneration package is great.

      Cons

      DigiCert is owned by Private Equity. If you have not worked for a PE portfolio company before, it means they focus solely on making money and stripping out what they deem as fluff (which I deem as retention levers, like company parties and swag).
