Pros

The entire Team excluding management is amazing and talented.

Cons

The company culture is a textbook definition of micro management. No creativity is allowed at all. Salaried employees are required to clock in and out so their hours are tracked. If you are not logging at least 45 hours/week, you are advised you are not working enough hours. Bathroom trips are monitored by the CEO who refuses to sit in her spacious office to park herself in a spot where she can monitor how long you are in the bathroom. The owners argue and scream at each other in meetings. Managers are allowed to throw things and cuss out employees. Intimidation and humiliation is a company practice and a daily occurrence. This is a super charged toxic environment. I personally have watched over 25 people walk out the door during my tenure. You could write a book on how not to run a company based on this place. If you have a brain, a heart and a degree stay away. You will never be compensated fairly. You will be told to work on your vacation days, and required to log into your computer all weekend to check emails. If you like to be tortured then by all means work here.
