Pros
I’ve worked at this company for over 5 years and have loved it. Management cares about you not only as an employee, but as a person. I started here with little technical experience and the company spent time to teach me how to troubleshoot and resolve software issues and helped me advance in my career here. They have spent time investing in me and teaching me. This isn’t a call center job, they will spend time walking you through the software and teaching you and you’ll get to develop great relationships with clients. They’ve provided me with many opportunities to grow in the field, and helped me further advance my technical skills. The owners have taken countless hours out of their busy days to sit down with me personally and teach me about the software and how to troubleshoot. The company’s mission is unique and valuable, they are dedicated to provide a high quality software experience for non profits. They’ve also provided me the opportunity to travel and spend time with clients one on one to further the company to client relationship. If you are looking for a good job in the tech industry, I’d suggest interviewing here!
Cons
Your days may be busy, but it’s all worth it to be able to learn so much about software and be able to cultivate valuable relationships with amazing non profits
