Pat doesn’t seem to be as negotiable once you’ve started Not a structured training program to start, but we’re trying to fix that over time A lot of success relies on institutional knowledge Sometimes a challenge accomplishing everything we aim to accomplish Flat org chart, so not a lot of room for traditional growth
