You get to work from home and the benefits package isn’t awful.

Cons

The owner has no idea how to run a software company. The turnover is high. There are no new projects to work on because most of the time is spent fixing old issues. 90% of the job seems to be dealing with angry clients who want the features/products they paid for to work.

-Good place to work. Good people everywhere -you get to help the clients help the world and that is a very good feeling -stable company with job security and pretty good benefits -you will learn a lot; good entry level job -fun employee events -fully remote
