      Pros

      Haven't worked here, but the reviews give me pause. I am an applicant.

      Cons

      They are serious in that they want to pay their Senior IT analyst 15 dollars an hour minimum. In this economy. For real. I'm a current applicant but I just realized they really thing 15 an hour for this position is realistic. That has made me question their judgment, experience, financial position, everything. Word to the wise: you will not find a qualified candidate at this pay level. Ever. Period. Anyone that does take this offer is a felon or lying about thier work history. Please do better, it seemed like a really neat opportunity until I realized this.

      Pros

      Last two years, the job has exposed me to not just sales but the importance of relationship building. Results happen and it gets acknowledged. Clarity has been the best part of this job.

      Cons

      When clients can't afford the cost of new-experiential creatives, we should scale down to give what is affordable. Nothing else I guess.

      Pros

      - You get full responsibility over the work assigned to you. - Open culture, anyone can approach anyone. - I think it was very sweet of them to give such a nice review of me to my next employer when I stepped out of here. Thank you guys! Guru will always be an important milestone in my journey.

      Cons

      - Sometimes there are vague policies implemented without asking employees what they think about it. Otherwise, no real cons.

      Thank you for writing in and your observations are duly noted. HR policies are standard relevant to any functional advertising agency. But if there is any policy that any Guru feels is a disadvantage, it can be flagged directly to Team Leader, cc HR and Management. We stand by creating a fair environment with an eye to protect ‘our firm’s interest’. Notes “for management” have been shared forward. Once a Guru, always a Guru! :) More success!
