Pros

Senior Management is very supportive of new and creative ideas and they really foster team work and reward hard work. My immediate manager was very supportive of me, and took the time to guide me and provide feedback when needed. We parted our ways on really good terms, and i build some really good relationships while i was there. Even though its been over a year since I left DIFZ, I still support them when possible and really enjoy working with them.
