I joined DIFZ in March 2020 (right when the pandemic started) and was anxious about how my new employer was going to turn out. I was beyond surprised to be treated with the utmost warmth, support, and compassion throughout the pandemic. We were all given options to set up our home office using company equipment, all decisions were made by taking company-wide polls so everyone's voices were heard, they offered us wellness sessions (mental health lunch & learn, physical fitness company challenges, etc), and the figurative doors were always open.
