Digital Infuzion

Is this your company?

A decent place - Software Engineer Digital Infuzion Employee Review

Pros

The projects have a fairly significant impact as a lot of their contracts come from the federal government, specifically the National Institutes of Health. Under the right circumstances, it is a good place to coast for 10 years.

Cons

Despite being fundamentally a software development company, upper management are mostly (all?) research scientists. Tech leads end up with an enormous amount of responsibility to bridge the gap between management and engineers. Whilst the engineers themselves are largely viewed as code monkeys.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the meaningful impact of our work with federal agencies, including the NIH. At Digital Infuzion, we work at the intersection of biology, medicine, and technology, and our management reflects this multidisciplinary focus. We value innovation and believe that great ideas come from employees in all roles. We empower our Technical Leads with responsibility and autonomy to deliver impactful solutions, while also providing the support they need to succeed. We strongly value the contributions of our engineering teams—they are a core part of our innovation—and we take pride in maintaining a culture where all voices are valued and respected across every role. We appreciate your perspective and remain committed to supporting a collaborative environment where every team member can thrive.
