There are too many cons to remember! Here are the ones I wish I would have known prior to working here:
1. Management, or at least the ones who haven't left by now, are washed up mediocre sellers and technologists who can't land a job at a legit innovative software company.
2. There is no "Platform" that they claim there is. It's still 5 separate solutions, which haven't been improved or seriously enhanced since TPG acquired the 5 companies. They use to be incredible solutions which have been passed up by all of the competition. Large customers are consistently churning, and sales can't land new customers due to stale old products and absolutely no marketing help.
3. The CEO is over his head and wont be lasting much longer. No vision for the future what-so-ever.
4. The turnover is unreal. Sales, presales, and CSMs are constantly leaving. Rarely will you see an AE staying longer than a year. The ones that have are barely hanging on due to one or two large customers (who will churn like the rest).
5. The benefits are the worst I've seen or ever had in my career, especially medical and prescription. Have fun getting a prior auth for literally every medication!
6. It's a typical private equity run business. They live and die with the renewal $.
