Leadership misalignment – Frequent changes in leadership and unclear vision made it hard to build long-term momentum. Lack of transparency – Communication from upper management could be inconsistent, especially during reorgs or strategic shifts. Limited career development – Few clear paths for growth or promotion, and no tuition reimbursement or training paths Integration challenges – Merged products and teams from multiple acquisitions often felt disconnected, which created confusion and redundancy.
