Pros

Good Mentors at VP level, unlimited PTO; A lot of different brands you can rotate to after 1+ years on an account to keep learning new things/keep work from getting stale.

Cons

As with any Pharma agency, can have late nights depending on your team. Leadership is moving to a 4-day a week office policy, which is turning away a lot of good talent.
