Pros
Technology. A great place to learn where the medium is headed. Ability to work and connect from home with ease. Hours are not typically bad for advertising.
Cons
No passion. Few really good creatives that care about the work. Management unaware of the assets they have working for/with them. No firm process in any area of the business. Each product team lives in a silo. The company is EXTREMELY top heavy, with many ACDs that are merely walking bosses. I watched two mentor programs start with flourish then disappear with a whisper.
