Forever work from home Unlimited time off - great if you have a team that supports you & allows you flexibility to actually take it Lots of Work Holidays Some awesome humans
Cons
Overworked Underpaid If you are both and tell your director you need help - they ignore you Promote Work/Life Balance - but you MUST log 40-45 hours a week in order to be able to submit your time sheet & if you log flex time, they won’t provide more support to your team because they figure you’re “not busy”
