Cons
Seems to be a leadership vacuum at the top. Too many layers of Publicis leads to... Slow moving on raises and promotions, you will be doing work at a level above your role for months to years before being considered for promotion When you do get a bump it's still below market value (they need that money to pay the many layers between you and Paris) Recent turn over has led to poor staffing, which leads to more turnover. Typically overworked, which doesn't lend itself to strategic thinking Media department is a factory filled with young overworked good-looking recent college grads with little sense of what goes into a successful healthcare marketing strategy.
