Working at Digitopia has been one for the best opportunities of my life. I’ve been a long term employee here because of the flexibility/mobility the structure offers me. My professional growth has been immense because of the opportunities given to me with campaigns and clients. There is no one right way to keep a client — I love that freedom we have! I don’t feel micro-managed, the team is available for support when I need it and I get lots of free snacks!! Working here is equal parts challenging and motivating, which is great fit for me.
Cons
This is very fast paced industry that demands very motivated and proactive people. If you need hard core structure, hand holding or silo-ed office spaces — this isn’t for you. It’s also a “small business”, there’s not a huge corporate hierarchy or budget to hide behind.
