Our clients’ needs always come first, and the business changes we have made and continue to make have been in direct response to their feedback on how we can better serve and support them. In planning for any changes, we have also always strived to involve as many leaders and internal stakeholders as is practicable. We do appreciate how much change we have experienced as a growing organization, as we have continued to strategically expand and evolve our business. At all times, we have worked to ensure as smooth a transition as possible for our employees and clients. Importantly, wherever people have been impacted, we have taken all available steps to support them in their next steps.
We are also sorry to hear you do not feel like there is sufficient career progression in your region. Certainly we aspire to set up all our team members globally for success so they can build long-term career pathways. We want to understand how we can better help to support you, and hope that you will speak with your manager, ELT member, or a member of the HR team – whomever you feel most comfortable talking to.
