Pros

Diligent has great people and nice inclusive culture and offers awesome perks like the Recharge weeks this year. You can earn a nice amount as well. The Budapest office is pretty beautiful, but you can chose to work from home all week if that is your thing. You'll feel that as a person you are being valued.

Cons

The tech stack couldn't be more diverse and often times outdated. Sometimes the buzzwords echo louder than real conversations. It's a place where you probably won't get bored, but might get frustrated by your daily tasks and the obstacles that you can hit tech or process wise. Changes come often, you can sometimes feel that you are not even get your foot on the ground yet and someone is already trying to pull the rug from under it, but that also depends on which team you end up first.

Thank you for your review. It’s great to hear that you’re enjoying the inclusive culture and ever-growing list of benefits including our twice annual Recharge Weeks, a time where non-essential work pauses so employees to truly unplug and recharge. We are also very glad to hear that you are enjoying our gorgeous new Budapest office and, most importantly, that you feel valued as a person. With regards to your other feedback, we would love to hear your ideas on how we can improve and better support you. I hope you will consider speaking with your manager, ELT member, or a member of the HR team – whoever you feel most comfortable talking to – so that we can better support you. Thanks again! - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer

Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
