Pros

Central location and some great staff events. Fabulous colleagues and a great collection of client names to work with. It's a niche yet interesting business sector (if you like business)

Cons

Everyone is under pressure here. Very target and performance driven across all depts - don't expect a cheery or an easy ride, and don't expect a 9-5. The focus is 100% on growing the company very agressively and making huge amounts of $$ for its owners in a short period of time. With this comes a leadership team with huge egos and a passive-agressive management style that is tough to navigate through. Micro management is everywhere. As is stress leave, bullying, and performance reviews. Work hard, stay focused, and sacrifice your first born to do well here. Otherwise there are waaaay better companies out there.

Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
