To the corporate environment, our culture is constantly evolving, especially as we continue to integrate our recent acquisitions and bring in new team members. Our goal, as we grow, is to strike a balance between engagement and scaling our processes, systems and employee experience. Our social committees, employee resource groups (ERGs) and office leads are always working on creating even more opportunities for balance, connection and fun.
