Diligent Response
3yThank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed our beautiful, new Galway office and the flexible work environment, however, we’re sorry to read your other feedback.
Our Galway team consistently ranks high for culture and camaraderie and what you describe certainly does not reflect the supportive, professional and collegial work environment we strive to build and promote. We’re also sorry to hear that you felt our onboarding and training for new hires was not sufficient. We have been making significant investments in onboarding, training and enablement at all levels over the past year, as it’s important that all our team members are set up for success — especially as we grow our leadership position in the GRC space.
With regards to meetings and long hours, helping our teams strike a good work-life balance is a top priority. We’ve been very focused on helping colleagues create balance by investing in and launching initiatives like Recharge Weeks, Meeting Free Wednesdays, wellness programs, our Employee Assistance Program and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), however, it sounds like we could have done more to support you during your time here.
Again, we appreciate you taking the time to share with us your candid thoughts and hope you shared your feedback with the team while you were here – wishing you the best of luck with your next step.
