Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your many years of service to Diligent. We’re happy to hear that you’re finding plenty of interesting challenges, helpful people and enjoying the product and flexible working arrangements. We are sorry, however, to hear your other feedback. As we continue to grow, we recognize that our increased scale can create challenges, but we’re committed to continuously improving. Diligent is always evolving, especially as we continue to integrate our recent acquisitions and bring in new team members. We are working to strike a balance between scaling our processes, our systems and the employee experience. To manage and align priorities, we’ve introduced tools like V2MOMs (our internal goal setting process) and we are encouraging management and team transparency and accountability through Town Halls, Launchpad (our Intranet) and designated Slack channels.
