Huge turnover rate (lots of people leave before working 2 years) Bad corporate culture Healthcare plans get worse every year Bonuses don’t get fully paid A lot of bureaucracy making it slow to progress initiatives Management’s hands are tied and all decisions are made by C-suite Product decisions are based on personal opinions and not on what customers truly crave. It’s seemingly easier to upswell the existing product offering than do solid research and come up with something customers truly crave. Most of senior leaders ( both those that been there for 10 years and those started a year ago left) apart from Chief of operations and chief of people. Despite the change the newly hired are the same caliber. Diversity in senior leaders is lacking, it’s unclear why the board is not doing anything. Company values are all about earning money and serving the customer, nothing about employee well-being, collaboration, mutual support, investment into upskilling current workforce. More and more ways of tracking employee work are introduced under the cover of finding gaps in productivity further diluting trust. Senior leaders openly lie during town-halls, do not own up to it later. The questions asked during town-hall are hidden and CEO handpicks which ones to answer, so employees cannot see what others are asking. Incompetent HR team, last minute communications, poorly thought through policy implementation and lack of empathy (get over it or get out attitude). Company is focused on replacing everyone currently employed in North America with workers in Europe and India, making the life extra hard so people would leave without needing to do 4th round of lay offs or paying severance.
