However, we were sorry to hear your broader comments and concerns, as they certainly don’t align with the positive and nurturing work environment we want to create for each team member. We recognize that transition to working in the office can be challenging. While we continue to offer flexible work-from-home options for many of our colleagues, we also believe that the in-office experience plays an important role in enhanced collaboration and communication, fostering camaraderie, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance that comes from setting boundaries between work and home life.
In terms of career growth, we think it’s important to support our team members’ personal and professional development. To this end, we’re actively taking steps to improve career growth transparency. Some of our efforts include our bi-yearly promotion and review cycles, our internal goal-setting program, and periodic career webinar chats where colleagues share how they’ve grown in their careers at Diligent.
