      Pros

      The team is great, the office is nice and in a good location. Culture is fair and people look out for each other. Salary feels competitive.

      Cons

      Departments largely work in silos and are not really communicating with each other. Benefits are very generic if not below average. Progress in design positions are not really worked out.

      Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

      Cons

      Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
