To improve transparency and cross-team communications, we’ve introduced tools like V2MOMs (our internal goal setting process), established Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), monthly Town Halls, designated Slack/Teams channels, and fun team-building activities across our offices. In addition, our Change Agent program brings together a diverse, cross-functional group of high performing colleagues from across Diligent whose mission is to connect, contribute and generate ideas that drive innovation.
We actively look for ways to streamline processes and identify areas where work can be done more efficiently. If you have specific suggestions, please don't hesitate to share them with your manager or any member of the ELT.
