Pros

Great and amazing people are hired, who then end up leaving the company rather quickly. Somewhat decent products. Hybrid work.

Cons

- Low salaries (below market), very low raises (not even close to meeting inflation rates), no great benefits or anything - Truly overworking individuals and teams (burnout is a serious issue at the company regardless of what team you work at) - Stress is constant (great employees leave the company due to burnout and stress related matters left and right) - Toxic work environment is a huge issue (teams often work against each other instead of working together in harmony) (things often escalate to team managers and team leads quickly because teams or employees cannot work together) (you often feel like your job is on the line since things are always escalated so fast and managers get involved left and right even for small things) (toxic daily work environment) - Favouritism in teams - Unrealistic expectations from employees and teams - Incredibly unrealistic turnaround times (never seen or heard of this type of turnaround times before this company) - Very high turnover rates (they can't or won't even fill back some of the roles so employees who remain have to work more) - No proper training is provided once employees join teams so people don't do a good job after joining - It seems like they have a hard time hiring experienced and talented people recently or if they are hired they then leave the company after joining quickly, so it seems like a lot of the people you work with and remain in the company don't have experience or don't know what they are doing and can't do their job properly (leads to more frustrations on a day to day basis). Do not recommend joining the company to anyone and for any role. Look elsewhere.

Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
