Pros

• The office is modern and well-located in the city center, providing a great environment to work in. • The company organizes good events, fostering a sense of community among employees. • If you're lucky, you may get the opportunity to work on a greenfield project using the latest technologies. • Many talented and friendly colleagues create a positive atmosphere in the workplace.

Cons

• If you’re unlucky, you may end up working on legacy technologies, which can be a career setback. • Salary progression is slow—raises are capped at 3-5% annually, and even promotions only bring a small salary increase • The company pays 20-30% less than the industry average, so if you join with a low offer, it’s hard to catch up. • Getting promoted is difficult, as performance alone isn’t enough—you need to be liked by management. • Software developers don’t get company-wide recognition, making it feel like their contributions go unnoticed.

Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
