Pros
-Earn commission on everything you sell. -Opportunity for additional an monthly bonus. -You are in charge of your schedule.
Cons
-Compensation is somewhat competitive but should also reflect an individual's merit, dependability, and helpfulness. There are times when your associates may make more than you hourly. -Communication with upper management is all over the place. The pipeline is flawed in many places. -When corporate visits, no one is expected to take a lunch until they are gone... -Very antiquated registers and computer systems. -Training is almost nonexistent. Most of what I learned was either on my own or from other managers who also learned on their own.
