No micromanagement. You get 20% off of anything at Dillard's.
Cons
No work life balance. Store managers have absolutely no accountability with the way they treat you. You're working with the skeleton Cruise so if you need to call out you don't get paid the first day. They also tend to make you feel bad if you have to call out. Constant talk about you texting your customers having to use your own phone. Constantly trying to have you donate to every other charity.
