Pros
Meet nice customers and some coworkers, can be a decent hourly wage. Discount is nice if you work more than 20 hours.
Cons
No employee discount if you work less than 20 hours/week, new employee training is minimal and other employees are expected to do it, SPH is impossibly high and you can be fired for not making sales goals. SPH creates too much competition and fights over sales; customers notice the tension. Required to download app on phone to be used for contacting and advertising. Shoe dept works on commission and during slow months it's easy to go into deficit and not get one.
