I worked in cosmetics and it was so much fun! I made a great group of friends and I loved Lancome comestics! My co-workers were like family!
Cons
I had to quit my job because I wanted to take a 2 week vacation to see my family I haven't seen in a year!! They would not work with me claiming that it was just "policy" Management was so frustrating. They gave me a choice to work or see my family, keep in mind that I told them from the beginning of my hiring that I was planning to take a trip. The store Managers don't care about you and will cut you down before they build you up. Nothing positive to say about management. Just hope to god you make your numbers because that's all they look at; not you as a person with feelings. The only reason they pay so much is because no one wants to work with them!! I would take a pay cut before working with them again!
