Fun atmosphere to work in, make lots of great friends in your department, good discount that helps keep you in style, ability to make more money if you can make your sales goals.
Cons
No matter how hard of a worker you are, if you can't make your sales quota, you get your wages cut or you get fired. I knew plenty of people who were great at their job, great with customers, keeping the store clean and keeping their area in check, but if they didn't make their quota, got cut. It isn't fair. The battle for sales creates a hostile environment for employees. Also if you go over your quota daily, those extra dollars don't roll over, but if you're under your quota, those do roll over.
