I could write a book on how horrific this company is. For one, there is literally no work/life balance. They force you to work open to close almost daily. Management is catty and disrespectful and racist, especially at their North Olmsted, OH location in Great Northern Mall. This location also plays favorites, and lets certain employees get away with things, but will openly criticize others for the same things they complain about. As long as you’re making them money, they could care less about YOU as a person. New hires are treated like garbage, which adds to their high turnover rate. Current employees are miserable. Stay far away from this company, as they do not have your best interest in mind. Would never work for such a useless employer again in my life.
