Extremely slow processes, all decisions come from higher up. No ability to truly manage teams or any processes without additional approval. I give 3 stars on not wages but the benefits. Good pay, but benefits are some of the worst selections I've ever experienced. Employer contributions to 401k is vested only after time with the company. $75 fee and notary required just to close the account upon separation from the company. One of the most archaic and worst 401k providers I've ever experienced. Insurance costs are extremely high for industry standard.
