I have been with the company for 7 years. Every year it’s down hill. Upper management only cares about how much business accounts you bring in. A lot of turnover because of this. New branch managers doesn’t know how to run a branch. They pretend they are out on business calls and leave the branches to the assistants or sometimes just the staff. Meanwhile they wake up late and go home early. No one from HR or Upper Management checks on them and they get paid pretty nice salaries. They have very few loyal employees left but Upper Management looking to get rid of the old and replacing with new ones just for their book of business. Most times new manager does not bring anything to the table but good talk. The company was once a great place to work for but not anymore. I have never seen so many unhappy employees working at the same place. Run!!! They are not the employer of choice like they state they are!
