The work culture is a negative 20 and the management wants you to do things that are not ethical. If you dont just do what they ask you will be on the bad list. Then there are the people in a management position that clearly have minimal knowledge and clearly don’t belong there. It’s the blind leading the blind across the board. Think long and hard before you decide to accept a position at this bank because upper management has a lot to learn about their employees and what is important ..
