Pros

I wish i had pros to write down.

Cons

- i’ll start off with the most important one to me personally. It was in my contract that after 1 year of employment, the bank would pay for my school tuition. When i hit the 1 year mark, HR took forever to get back to me and when she did she said they had gotten rid of that policy. As soon as i got the email i went to our benefits website and the tuition reimbursement was miraculously erased from the site. I am still considering suing them. - alot of politics and favoritism, very little diversity and a lot of discrimination especially when it came to pay and promotions. - my first month working i had miscounted by $100 one day. Mind you, a teller is never the only one responsible. It is both the teller and the supervisors job to count the money and make sure it is correct. The next week i was scheduled to cover a different branch. When i got back they had issued me a warning letter, just me, not the supervisor. They didn’t even bother asking me what happened and slapped me with a warning. The list is very long but these three in particular i found the most unjust and evident enough for you to not want to work here. Good luck.

Pros

Very positive and involved office culture, everyone is extremely willing to help you learn and grow.

Cons

The intern final project was restrictive in what we could work on and I feel that hurt my development.
