Pros
Most people that you actually work with are super smart and kind. Offices are nice and the cafeteria food is 10/10. Happy hours and holiday parties keep morale high. Great place to start a career as there are a ton of young people and learning and development support is strong.
Cons
Leadership is stuck in their ways. That goes from the top down to department heads. There is also a ton of favoritism that happens and if you're on the wrong side of it good luck. I saw several people pushed out of their roles from leadership that didn't like them even though they were good at their job. Pay starts at a decent point but is very slow to grow. There is no cost of living increase, only merit increases. Promotion structure is also tricky to understand and it comes down to right place and right time, not your actual performance which can be frustrating.
