Pros

They go by your schedule preferences so if you don't want to work you can easily block those days off so they can't schedule you a shift. All front of house positions are tipped and are based on your work ethic rather than your position. 50% discount on food during shift and 20% discount off shift on Mon-Fri.

Cons

Management sucks, very unprofessional. The owners and upper management are rude and always have something bad to say about you. They fire and hire so many people so often that the older employees get stuck working with people who don't understand the job, thus making it harder. They don't care about employee retention. They will block out certain dates/weekends for requests off for stupid reasons like Coachella or New Year's Eve. Why can't the people who are willing to work be scheduled and the ones who don't want to can put a request? Whenever they're short staffed, they don't care if servers take on more tables than they can handle. Only priority is seating guests asap so company can make the most money.
