Wish I read this first - Runner Din Tai Fung Employee Review

I was hired on the spot/told that did not happen often and was so greatful. I worked decent hours and always showed up early ready to work never ONCE had an issue with management or co workers. A day before my 3 month probation ended, I was brought into the office (thinking I would be promoted since other managers had mentioned they would like to move me up) and was fired. With NO explanation. Former employers of mine would say they wish I would come back to their team. It is not like me to ever have issue with management. Something was not right and to this day I do not know why I was let go and they sent me out with a smile, did not give a crap about me. I now know I am not the only one either. Favoritism..
