Confusing management - Expo Din Tai Fung Employee Review

Little communication between management. Receive instructions from one manager and different from another the next day. Very few team meetings, and a high turnover rate. The work is very fast paced for a very high volume restaurant. That being considered, the management and owners expect a heavy workload. All FOH workers are mandatory part time so that they dont have to pay health benefits. Love the chain but not the corporate direction the company has taken.
