Pros
-managers are very flexible with scheduling and understanding -really nice and helpful colleagues; we hang out quite often after work hours -super fast-paced working environment during rush hours, which is good because time passes really fast
Cons
-very little upward mobility; I wanted to get promoted to a server position but most servers are still the original servers since the restaurant opened few years ago -managers take yelp comments very seriously; if a grouchy customer commented about your name on yelp, you will be asked and warned even though it wasn't really your fault (grouchy customers due to long waiting time; they can't really talk to you rationally because they're 'hangry' (hungry + angry))
