Business Outlook
Pros
The company has a family culture and values each employee. Initiatives for higher staff engagement and staff retention are more often than not, supported by the management. With a flat hierarchy, most if not all individuals are given a lot of learning opportunities and exposure.
Cons
With a harmonious environment, employees in the company has less incentives to challenge themselves to push beyond their boundaries and challenge status quo. Through personal observations and weighing against my personal preference, I view this as a con for both the company and the individuals working inside it.
