Pros
Coworkers, they get you through the shifts. If you are willing to kiss booty, this job is perfect for you. If you're a girl just talk to the male managers and they will promote you (seriously, i saw the GM of SoCal spending time with a host (at the time) outside of work who's now training to be a bartender lol.)
Cons
Management. I worked here from the beginning, before they were even opened. I took the runner position since they said there's tons of upward movement being new and everything. 8 months later i was still running food while i saw countless people being moved up that put in the bare minimum and were hired months after me. I would even talk to the MANY managers who all had different agendas, and they would tell me i'm on the right track to serving. They pride themselves on only promoting from within yet, they would hire people as runners (skipping the bussing stage) and promote them to servers a week later. It seems they had no intentions to promote me and only hired me because i had such an open availability. My manager was pissed when i quit after voicing my concerns on several occasions.
